Delivery Times

We ship to the Republic of Ireland and the EU destinations available at checkout. Orders to the Republic of Ireland usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery times to EU destinations vary by country; please contact us for an estimate. We are currently unable to ship to the UK.

Sometimes life happens and delays occur that are completely outside our control, so any delivery dates we give are our best estimate rather than a promise.

When Things Don't Go to Plan

If Something Arrives Damaged or Faulty

We pack each order with great care, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@saltcavetherapywexford.ie.

If possible, please include photographs so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Reporting an issue promptly helps us deal with it quickly, but does not affect your statutory rights.

If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

CHANGE OF MIND – ONLINE ORDERS

If you purchase directly from our website, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Products returned due to a change of mind must be unused and in their original packaging, with any seals intact where applicable. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days, subject to the returned goods being received or proof of return being provided where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the delivery. However, your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase during the applicable cooling-off period still applies.
